Project Management

           Receiving Projects:
  • Consultation Interview (getting to know each other);

  • Sign a Non-disclosure Agreement;

  • The client provides information about the project, including background, objectives, specifications, and issues;

  • A project feasibility will be conducted and report/proposal will be submitted to the client.

          Running Projects:
  • If needed, projects will be conducted in phases, such as bench-top, pilot scale-up, and production line trials.

  • Projects can be conducted at OmniLane's lab, the client's facility, or partner facilities.

         Fee Charging Structure:
  • There is no fee charged for the consultation interview since no confidential information from the client is expected to be disclosed, and it is more for the client to learn more about OmniLane.

  • A small symbolic fee will be charged after the Non-Disclosure Agreement is signed, a consultation meeting is conducted, a brief feasibility analysis is performed, and a report/proposal is submitted to the client.
